Reporting

The Garista report serves as your central hub for gaining valuable insights into your restaurant's performance. It provides a comprehensive overview of key metrics, allowing you to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to enhance your business.

Accessing the Reporting Section

  1. Log in: https://admin.garista.com/ (opens in a new tab)
  2. Go to the Sidebar located on the left of your screen.
  3. Select "Report": In the Sidebar, go to the "Report" option and click on it to access the Report section.

Understanding Report Metrics

Upon entering the Report, you will be presented with a visually appealing display of key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect your restaurant's performance. These metrics include:

  • Visitor Numbers: This section displays the total number of visitors to your restaurant or website within the selected date range.
  • Orders: This metric tracks the total number of orders placed during the selected period.
  • Revenue: This section showcases the total revenue generated from orders within the chosen date range.
  • Visitor Performance: This metric provides insights into the behavior of your visitors, such as their average visit duration and conversion rate.
  • Last 30 Days' Orders: This section displays a breakdown of orders placed over the past 30 days, allowing you to identify trends and patterns.

Visualizing Trends with Graphs

Garista's Report features interactive graphs that provide a visual representation of your restaurant's performance. These graphs include:

  • Revenue Graph: This graph charts the revenue generated over the selected date range, helping you identify revenue trends and potential growth opportunities.
  • Top Performing Categories Graph: This graph showcases the top-selling categories of items within the selected period, providing insights into customer preferences and sales trends.
  • Visitors & Orders Graph: This graph illustrates the relationship between visitor numbers and orders placed, allowing you to analyze traffic conversion rates.

Customizing Date Ranges

Garista's Report allows you to customize the date range for which you want to view performance metrics. You can choose from various predefined date ranges, such as "Last 30 Days," "This Month," "Last Month," "This Year," "Last Year," or "Lifetime." Additionally, you can select a custom date range to analyze specific periods. To select the desired time frame you have to:

  1. Log in: https://admin.garista.com/ (opens in a new tab)
  2. Go to the Sidebar located on the left of your screen.
  3. Select "Report": In the Sidebar, go to the "Report" option and click on it to access the Report section.
  4. Or log in: https://admin.garista.com/Report (opens in a new tab)
  5. Click on the "Choose a date" Button: Locate the "Choose a date" button,situated in the top right corner of your Garista screen, and click on it to open the status date ranges options.
  6. Select the date: Choose the date range for which you want to view performance metrics from the available options (Last 30 days, This month , Last month, This year, Last year, Life time or custom)
