Create and Customize Your Garista Menu
By providing key information, captivating visuals, and connections to your online presence, you can create a profile that attracts customers and strengthens your online brand identity.
Here's how to access and manage your restaurant information on Garista:
Accessing the Restaurant Settings
- Log in: https://admin.garista.com/ (opens in a new tab)
- Go to the Sidebar located on the left of your screen.
- Select "Restaurant Settings": In the Sidebar, go to the "Restaurant Settings" option and click on it to access the Restaurant Settings management section.

Adding restaurant information
- Log in: https://admin.garista.com/ (opens in a new tab)
- Go to the Sidebar located on the left of your screen.
- Select "Restaurant Settings": In the Sidebar, go to the "Restaurant Settings" option and click on it to access the Restaurant Settings management section.

- Add general Information: Enter your restaurant's name, add your logo, and write an enticing description that will captivate your customers.
- Add cover photo: Integrate an attractive cover photo that reflects your restaurant's ambiance.
- Add your phone number: so customers can easily reach you.
- Choose your Language Settings: Choose the primary language for your Garista menu for smooth navigation.
- Precise Location: Enter your exact address so customers can easily find you.
- Choose your transaction Currency: Select the currency in which you want transactions to be made.
- Add your Wi-Fi Password: Share your Wi-Fi network password to provide additional comfort for your customers.
- Add your Restaurant URL: Provide the URL of your website to redirect customers to it.
- Share your Social Media: Add your social media accounts to promote your restaurant and engage with your customers.
Adding Restaurant Tracking
Restaurant tracking allows you to monitor website traffic and customer behavior, providing valuable insights to improve your marketing efforts. Garista integrates seamlessly with various tracking pixels
Here's how to set up restaurant tracking on Garista:
- Log in: https://admin.garista.com/ (opens in a new tab)
- Go to the Sidebar located on the left of your screen.
- Select "Restaurant Settings": In the Sidebar, go to the "Restaurant Settings" option and click on it to access the Restaurant Settings management section.

- Locate the tracking section: Find the dedicated Pixel Tracking section at the bottom of the Restaurant Settings page.
- Choose the Tracking Platform: Select the tracking platform you want to use, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Pixel, or TikTok Pixel.
- Enter Your Pixel Code: Carefully copy and paste your unique tracking pixel code provided by the chosen platform.
- Save Changes: Once you've added the pixel code, click the "Save" button located in the top right corner of the page to activate tracking for your Garista menu.
Adding Restaurant Social Media
Connect your social media accounts ( Instagram,Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat and Youtube) to your Garista menu. This allows you to promote your restaurant directly through your menu and engage with customers on social media.
Here's how to add your social media profiles to your Garista restaurant profile:
- Log in: https://admin.garista.com/ (opens in a new tab)
- Go to the Sidebar located on the left of your screen.
- Select "Restaurant Settings": In the Sidebar, go to the "Restaurant Settings" option and click on it to access the Restaurant Settings management section.

- Locate the Social Media Section: Within the "Restaurant Settings," find the dedicated section for social media links at the top right of the Restaurant Settings page.
- Enter Profile URLs: Carefully copy and paste the URLs of your social media profiles (Instagram profile URL, Facebook page URL, TikTok page URL, Snapchat page URL, and YouTube page URL) into the corresponding fields.
- Save Changes: Once you've added all your social media links, click the "Save" button located in the top right corner of the page to activate tracking for your Garista menu.
Adding Feedback Integration
While Garista offers an internal feedback mechanism, integrating external review platforms like Trustpilot and Google Business Profile can significantly enhance your restaurant's online reputation and customer trust.
Here's how you can add feedback’s platforms on Garista:

- Go to the Sidebar located on the left of your screen.
- Select "Restaurant Settings": In the Sidebar, go to the "Restaurant Settings" option and click on it to access the Restaurant Settings management section.

- Locate the Feedback Integration Section: Within the "Restaurant Settings," find the section dedicated to integrating Feedback platforms at the bottom right of the Restaurant Settings page.
- Connect Your Trustpilot or Google Business Account:
- Save Changes: Once you've added all your feedback platforms, click the "Save" button located in the top right corner of the page to activate tracking for your Garista menu.
